Not ‘Goodbye,’ Just ‘See You Later’

Reading, creative writing, and writing about reading is a privilege. It is a privilege that I owe to my supportive family, to my stable financial situation, and flexible free time.

I find myself, as of the middle of last week. suddenly and unexpectedly needing to devote more time to my day job. Something has to give, and, unfortunately, what must greatly slow down is the privilege. The luxury.

Don’t worry, we’re not destitute. I just need a little time to shore up certain aspects of my life.
